Justin Bieber Rides A Segway Outside Concert Venue & Chaos Ensues
Justin Bieber took a joyride on a Segway at the Westgate marketplace parking lot in Glendale Arizona next to Jobing Arena on Sunday evening (July 25). The Canadian pop star was scheduled to begin his concert in 30 minutes at the venue, yet apparently was able to sneak out alone to ride around on the Segway without any security around.
