is out with the music video to his new single ‘U Smile’, off the Canadian pop singer’s album ‘My World 2.0’, out now on Island Records. “I took the opportunity 2 make a video 4 the fans, about a fan, and how we could fall IN LOVE,” Bieber told his Twitter followers about the video.
