Lady Gaga’s Dear Mr. President Message

Lady Gaga recorded a “Dear Mr. President” for President Barack Obama on Pepsi’s Refresh Everything YouTube channel.

“Congratulations,” Gaga said. “I wanna sing love songs, and breaking up with the jerk songs, and songs about having a good time, and letting the chips fall where they may. I wanna sing tough songs and songs that make you wanna just dance. I mean really dance. What I really wish, is that I didn’t have to write a protest song. So my true hope for the future, is that there is no need.”
