Miley Cyrus was spotted visiting Sunlounge Tanning in Los Angeles Wednesday evening (December 10) with her assistant Laura, where the ‘Hannah Montana’ star quized Hollywood.tv’s paparazzo Allison about the laws regarding using a blinker when making a left turn. Since he arrived at the tanning salon turning left without using his blinker, Miley, who was behind the wheel in front of Allison, gave him a rough time.
