Miley Cyrus, Mandy Jiroux and Justin Gaston were spotted going to a City Wok restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (January 10). Miley was asked about a city she’s never been to that she’d like to visit by the Hollywood.tv paparazzo, but couldn’t think of any. When Allison tried to talk to Justin, he ignored him.
