Miley Cyrus is out with the music video to her new single ‘When I Look At You’, which is featured on the soundtrack to her her upcoming movie ‘The Last Song’, in theaters March 31st. The video features clips from the movie and her on/off screen lover Liam Hemsworth. The soundtrack is available on iTunes March 23rd. Watch the video via her YouTube below.
