Jonas Brothers spoke with Popstar! magazine about the now famous YouTube video of Joe Jonas dancing to the Beyonce Knowles hit ‘Single Ladies’. “Heels are not comfortable,” Joe said. “Apparently I was wearing heels that were too big. Joe Jonas Defends Himself Following Taylor Swift Breakup
Joe Jonas addressed his breakup with Taylor Swift on the Jonas Brothers blog at MySpace in a posting that has since been removed. The singer reacted to the country star’s recent comments that Joe dumped her over the phone and that the split occurred after he met actress Camilla Belle filming the sibling pop group’s ‘Lovebug’ video. Without mentioning Swift by name, Joe tells readers:
Several things I will state with all my heart. I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.
For those who have expressed concern over the ’27 second’ phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk.
Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.
I wish the best for the other person, but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth. Hope this helps enlighten a little.
Taylor Swift: Joe Jonas Left Me For Camilla Belle
Taylor Swift spoke with UsMagazine.com at the CMA Awards in Nashville, admitting that her breakup with Joe Jonas was due to the Jonas Brothers star hitting it off with Camilla Belle on the boy band’s ‘Lovebug’ video. “They’ve been together since we broke up,” Swift revealed. “That’s why we broke up - because he met her.”
Swift also talked about meeting Justin Timberlake on a taping of ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’. “I just couldn’t believe he was there!” Swift said. “He is absolutely my favorite person on the planet. For her to invite Justin Timberlake to come and be there to celebrate my album release week, it just says a lot about who Ellen is and how amazing she is.”

UsMagazine.com hears that fresh off of his split with Taylor Swift, Joe Jonas has hooked up with ’10,000 BC’ actress Camilla Belle. “They are not public about it, but they’ve been hanging out with their friends and Joe’s brothers,” a source tells told the publication. “They’re very private.” The tipster added that Joe, 19, and Camilla, 22, “share a lot of the same characteristics and morals.”
