Nielsen Soundscan has listed their Top-10 Record Industry flops in 2003. Pink’s ‘Try This’ at #10, Jessica Simpson’s ‘In This Skin’ at #9 while Mandy Moore’s ‘Coverage’ came in at #8. Britney’s kissing buddy Madonna and her album ‘American Life,’ flopped at #5 while Michael Jackson’s recent release ‘Number Ones’ was the #2 biggest flop of 2003. The #1 biggest album flop of 2003 was American Idol runner-up Justin Guarini with his debut album ‘Justin Guarini’ which has sold barley 60,000.
