Victoria Justice First Pitch At Rays Game Bests Carly Rae Jepsen
Victoria Justice performed much better on the mound than her pop counterpart Carly Rae Jepsen when throwing out the first pitch of the Tampa Bay Rays game against the Toronto Blue Jays last weekend in St. Petersburg, Florida.
