Brooke Waggoner is out with the music video for her new single ‘Widow Maker’. The track is from the Houston, Texas singer songwriter’s fifth studio album ‘Sweven’, available January 15th via Swoon Moon Music.
“‘Widow Maker’ was written early one morning after a 6 a.m. coffee stop at my favorite local shop for all-things-caffeine,” Brooke writes. “It was still dark outside, a favorite song by The Animals came on, and then I got a text from a close friend telling me her husband was having heart problems. So I went home & wrote Widow Maker - a jab at the frustration of our bodies breaking down and failing when it seems we need them most for those we love.”

Bebe Rexha is out with a lo-fi acoustic version of the hook she voices on David Guetta’s first Billboard 100 Top 10 single in three years, ‘Hey Mama’, featuring Nicki Minaj and Afrojack.
“It’s tough hearing your voice on the radio, on a chorus, and knowing that people think it’s another artist,” Rexha told Billboard prior to being credited for her contribution. At the request of her fans, Rexha decided to release the short, stripped-down Angelo Krtikos-directed clip with Samuel James on guitar that displays her signature voice.

Produced by Ian Kirkpatrick and The Monsters & The Strangers, the 80’s-inspired track finds the Miami-native musing over a female vice. The ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ told ‘Good Morning America’ about the inspiration behind the visual: “I wanted to take it back to when music videos had a huge concept and a huge dance break. The video is kind of like The Haunting, Cheyenne is haunting my mind and she haunts me within the video.” ‘Cheyenne’ is off Derulo’s fourth studio album ‘Everything Is 4’, out now on Beluga Heights/Warner Bros.
