The New York Post reports Andrew Morton’s new biography, “Madonna,” includes a story that Madonna attempted to put the moves on Michael Jackson according to one of her former lovers. Madonna told the ex she was at his house when she attempted to seduce him, but when the two touched he’d start giggling like a little kid and nothing happened.
‘Invincible’ Tracking #1 In Early Going
October 31, 2001 - Hits magazine reports Michael Jackson’s latest effort, ‘Invincible’, is tracking sales above the 300,000 range which should be enough to hold off The Backstreet Boys best of album, ‘Hits Chapter One’ and Enrique Iglesias’ album ‘Escape’. Both albums are on pace for 250-300k in sales. Earlier reports that Jacko would be lucky to clear 400,000 copies look correct at this point.

October 31, 2001 - The New York Post’s Liz Smith reports Michael is planning a movie with Liza Minnelli as he revealed, “It’s about two struggling entertainers trying to make it. They get turned away everywhere they go - with some of the best dancing ever. I’m not joking!” Wacko Jacko also added he and Liza are from the same planet, “It’s called Capricious Anomaly in the Sea of Space.”

October 31, 2001 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC reports Andrew Morton, the man behind a tell all biography of Madonna due out next week has been having a nearly impossible time promoting the book on TV. Sources told her Madonna has said if they book him, don’t bother ever trying to book her, “And face it, if you had a choice between the most famous star in the world or the guy who writes about her, which would you choose?” Madonna’s rep denied the allegation.
Guy Says Madonna is Intimidating
October 27, 2001 - US Weekly talked to Guy Ritchie as he and wife Madonna are in Malta filming Love, Sex, Drugs and Money. As for directing his legendary wife, Ritchie said, “She’s such an intimidating individual. The only way to direct her is to grab her by the balls, so to speak.”
