CARES Mentoring PSA Ft. Mariah, Diddy & Ciara

Mariah Carey, Ciara, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, MC Lyte, Terrence Howard, Oprah Winfrey, Spike Lee and many more artists participated in a promotional ad for the National CARES Mentoring Movement.

Susan L. Taylor, founder of the movement and editor-in-chief of Essence Magazine says: “Mentoring is all about caring. It’s caring enough to commit just one hour a week to advise and help guide a vulnerable young person. None of the forces claiming our children’s lives are more powerful than our commitment and love. We are the solution. Won’t you please help?”
