Flight 1549 Survivor Emma Sophina Performs On ‘The Early Show’
Flight 1549 survivor, singer Emma Sophina visited ‘The Early Show’ on Monday (February 9) to perform a song of thanks for Capt. Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger and the crew of the plane that landed in the Hudson River.
“I was relatively calm,” the Australian singer songwriter told CBS News correspondent Priya David, “and I think that’s a true testament as to my faith in God. I was really calm, and I think that, in those situations, you realize there are things that are out of your control. And you know. ‘If it’s my time to go, it’s my time to go’.”
