Geri Halliwell Hires Robbie Williams’ Reject
The Sun reports former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has enlisted the songwriter sacked by Robbie Williams for her forthcoming comeback album. Geri reportedly told Guy Chambers: “Make me the female Robbie.” A friend of Halliwell’s said, “She is very excited to be working with Guy and regards him as a musical genius. He created songs with Robbie that have gone down in modern music history as landmark recordings. Geri wants to get some songs out there that people will still be belting out on karaoke nights ten years from now. But if this album doesn’t work, it may be that she’ll think about moving on from music and into telly full time.”
Fan Leaves Smooch On Robbie’s Cheek As Rachel Fumes
February 9, 2003 - Robbie Williams’ on-off relationship with Rachel Hunter appeared to be on again when the two went to the Whiskey Bar in Los Angeles together, though an overzealous fan who planted a big sloppy kiss on his cheek may have put the relationship in new jeopardy. Photos show the lipstick mark on Robbie’s cheek as Rachel kept her head down and marched to their car where she adopted a “girlfriend with a face like thunder” pose.
