World Entertainment News Network reports that Hilary Duff bought her pet dog Lola a $50 Lucille Ball-inspired dress, which was shown off on ‘The View’. “I’m a pet lunatic… That dress was 50 bucks. But she’s a princess. I think it looks like the I Love Lucy dress,” Duff said on the program. “I feel kind of like I’m torturing her, though.”
