Us Weekly caught up with Mandy Moore for a Q&A and asked the singer if she likes to party as much as some of her peers. “I find that life boring,” Moore admitted. “I’d much rather go out, pick up food, bring it home and watch TV.” Her behavior at school was similar. “I was invisible at school,” Moore revealed. “I was just quiet, shy Mandy.”

He’s so normal, so funny, always cracking people up. He’s so talented.”

May 19, 2004 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com reports Mandy’s new movie ‘Saved!’ has been blasted by Jerry Falwell and the Christian Film & Television Commission. Mandy Moore Signs With Sire
May 15, 2004 - Mandy has signed with Sire Records, the Warner Bros. imprint whose roster includes the Distillers, the Von Bondies and Hot Hot Heat, she told Reuters on Friday. Moore said she has started writing songs for her new album, but does not yet know how it will sound. In some ways, Moore said she felt pressure following up an album featuring “11 or 12 of the best songs out there,” with a set of her own music. On the other hand, “I have no expectations, and people out there really have no expectations because I haven’t had great musical success. So that allows me the freedom and creativity to do whatever I want.”
