December 29, 2003 - Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com reports Nation of Islam chief of staff Leonard Muhammad, who has become Michael’s confidant, was present during the interview with Ed Bradley aired on CBS last night. Jackson’s loyal publicist, Stuart Backerman, was not. Friedman contacted Muhammad on Sunday and he insisted, “We have not tried to recruit Michael.
