17-year-old Miley Cyrus was spotted drinking a Corona at a club in Madrid, Spain, where the country’s drinking age is technically 18 but rarely enforced. TMZ talked about the beer guzzling news, getting a cop to go on the record to say as long as someone’s 16, they’re okay with it. The video report from TMZ at MySpace has since been removed.
