It’s been a while since Missy Higgins released a new album, but a follow-up to her 2007 sophomore album ‘On a Clear Night’ appears to be in the works. The Australian singer songwriter told her Twitter followers (@missyhiggins) hours ago she’s heading out to work on new material:
