Will not lose her job as a a judge on ‘American Idol’ over those claims that she had an affair with contestant Corey Clark. Remember that? Well, she will not lose her job. And the other good news for Clark, he will not lose his job as grill man at Burger King. So he’s being allowed to keep his job, too.”

July 9, 2005 - Conan O’Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Friday night, “Paula Abdul’s being sued by a designer who claims that Abdul never returned $40,000 worth of dresses she borrowed to wear on ‘American Idol’. Never returned them. Yeah. Abdul says she can’t return the dresses because Ryan Seacrest is wearing them.”
Paula Abdul Thinks Simon Cowell Crossed The Line
May 26, 2005 - Paula Abdul told ‘Extra’ ahead of last night’s ‘American Idol’ finale that she feared Simon’s comments during Tuesday night’s final sing-off between Carrie Underwood and Bo Bice influenced the all-important final vote. “I could just smack him,” Paula fumed of Simon’s comments to the contestants. “I don’t think it helps when Simon says, ‘You just sang good enough to win,’ the whole competition.” So what does Simon have to say to Paula’s complaints? “Oh what a shame,” he snapped. “Who cares!?” Paula got some ammo after Underwood won last night’s show.
Army & Marines Miss Recruiting Goals

In fact, they said right now, the only one successfully recruiting young men, Paula Abdul. That’s it. … Well, did you hear what Paula — well, you didn’t see tonight — what she said tonight on ‘American Idol’? I think she’s getting bolder. Yeah, like, she said one time, ‘Your voice and you look fantastic. Could have done with a little more foreplay’. Yeah, that’s what she said.”
Will Paula Abdul Get Her Own Reality Show?
May 17, 2005 - The Chicago Sun-Times reports that as some wonder if she’ll survive for another season on ‘American Idol’ after allegations of an affair with season two contestant Corey Clark, Paula Abdul could be in line to host the new dance-themed reality show being produced by the ‘Idol’ folks.
