Rob Fusari Files Lawsuit Against Lady Gaga

Rob Fusari filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (March 18) in New York Superior Court, claiming that he discovered and mentored Lady gaga back when she still just Stefani Germanotta, at the time when she was a struggling performer in the New York club scene. Fusari also claims credit for the ‘Poker Face’ singer’s moniker. “One day when Fusari addressed a cell phone text to Germanotta under the moniker ‘Radio Gaga’ his cell phone’s spell check converted ‘Radio’ to ‘Lady,'” state court docs obtained by E! News revealed. “Germanotta loved it, and ‘Lady Gaga’ was born.” He’s seeking 20 percent of Gaga’s income as stipulated in their original contract. Read more.
