Miranda Cosgrove ‘Stay My Baby’ Video Behind The Scenes
‘iCarly’ star Miranda Cosgrove posted some behind the scenes footage from her second music video ‘Stay My Baby’, co-directed by Bob Dylan’s son Jesse Dylan and his daughter Mae Mae. The clip features comments from Miranda, Jesse and Mae Mae, and Miranda’s love interest in the video, Nolan Funk.
“I’m really excited today because I’m actually shooting my second music video every and I have a band in the music video which is super cool, and also a love interest which I’m really excited about,” Cosgrove said. “Jessie Dylan, Bob Dylan’s son, is directing the video, which is super exciting.”

Miranda Cosgrove Readies ‘Pop Rock Fun Music’ Solo Album
‘iCarly’ star Miranda Cosgrove spoke with MTV News about plans for a solo album, which the 15-year-old says will be a different side of the actress/singer than what fans heard on the show’s recently released soundtrack. “Actually, with the ‘iCarly’ soundtrack, I didn’t get to write any of the songs. I just picked songs that meant a lot to me that I really liked,” Cosgrove explained. “Now, for my own CD, I’ve been co-writing and getting really into it. It’s still pop-rock fun music like the ‘iCarly’ soundtrack, but I think it’s a little more mature. They’re love songs and just fun songs about hanging out with your girlfriends.” Read more and watch a video here.
Miranda Cosgrove Discusses ‘iCarly’ Album And More
Teen.com caught up with Miranda Cosgrove for a video interview where the ‘iCarly’ star talked about the show’s soundtrack and her songs on the disc. She said the idea for the soundtrack came about after she did the theme song for the show and the singing guests. Miranda said her celebrity style idol is No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani.

Miranda Cosgrove Discusses ‘iCarly’ CD On ‘Today’
‘iCarly’ star Miranda Miranda Cosgrove visited the ‘Today’ show to talks with co-host Natalie Morales about her rise to fame and the show’s just released new compilation CD, which features four songs from Miranda as well as Avril Lavigne and others. As for comparisons to Miley Cyrus, Miranda said, “She’s a great performer, so it’s definitely a compliment.” She also hopes to have a recording career as well as acting.
