Tila Tequila Signs With Interscope
Tila Tequila checked in with fans at her blog on MySpace.com on Thursday after will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas announced she had landed a record deal. She writes:
Hey guys! Thank you all so so much for tuning into TRL today to watch Mr. Will I Am from the Black Eyed Peas make a HUGE announcement about me signing to Will I Am’s label under INTERSCOPE. I am still trying to soak in all this news myself but I am very excited! I have worked very long and hard for the past 4 years on my music and now it’s all starting to manifest itself. I just wanted to take this moment to thank EVERYONE who has stood by me and showed me love and support even when there’s so many haters out there. You guys helped me push harder for all of my dreams and to make them come true….and now it’s happening.
With that said I hope you guys will keep continuing to support me because you know damn straight that everything I do, I do it for you also! DONKEY PEANUTS YO! Don’t forget it! And be on the lookout for me in 2007 because that will be the year I will take over the music industry! You guys better be buying my album okay? Ha ha ha! Thanks again for everything, I would not have made it this far without your love and support!
