Hilary Duff is out with the music video to her new single ‘Reach Out’, featuring Prophet, one of two new tracks off the Houston, Texas pop singer’s compilation album ‘Best Of Hilary Duff’, in stores November 11th via Hollywood Records. The song samples Depeche Mode’s 1989 hit ‘Personal Jesus’. Watch it via YouTube below.
