Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, has given birth to a baby girl at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb. She and fiance Casey Aldridge, 19, welcomed Maddie Briann around 9:30 Thursday morning. The baby girl weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. The artists at 973kissfm.com have put together the first “baby pictures.”
