Judge Says Britney Must Take Drug/Alcohol Tests To Keep Kids
In a closed hearing on Monday, Los Angeles judge Scott M. Gordon set a lengthy list of rules that parents Britney Spears and Kevin Federline must follow in order to retain custody of their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Notably, the ruling stated that “based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears],” and the singer will have to undergo twice weekly testing for controlled substances and alcohol. No changes were made yesterday in the 50/50 custody arrangement. Check out court documents from TMZ.
