Mandy Moore ‘Very Happy’ About Being Engaged To Ryan Adams

Mandy Moore appeared on ‘The Bonnie Hunt Show’ on Friday (February 13), telling the host she’s thrilled to be engaged to indie rocker Ryan Adams.

“Thank you, I appreciate it,” Moore said after being congratulated by Hunt. “I am very happy.” Mandy also talked about how she’s been able to stay grounded, her new album ‘Amanda Leigh’, and being a nerdy fan of Gain. Mandy is teaming with the laundry detergent maker to perform in a contest winner’s hometown.

February 12, 2009 - Mandy and her fiance Ryan Adams were both spotted leaving her Los Angeles home on Thursday (February 12), where the rocker appeared to be drinking a beer. Mandy Moore’s Mblem Taking A Few Seasons Off

February 11, 2009 - Mandy spoke with Women’s Wear Daily about her clothing label Mblem, which is taking a hiatus after launching it in 2005. “I love the fashion world. I’m fascinated by it. I’m humbled by it,” the 24-year-old said. “If I were to dip my toe back in there, it would have to be the right situation… a great partnership that could represent a true reflection of me and my ideas and you know that wasn’t happening. So next go round, that needs to be top of the list.” Though it sounded from her comments that the clothing line was ending, Moore’s manager says she’s just “taking a break for a few seasons,” and not shutting it down completely.
