Maroon 5 ‘Payphone’ Video
Maroon 5 are out with the music video for their new single ‘Payphone’, featuring Wiz Khalifa. The video, which was shot by award winning director Samuel Bayer, premiered on E! and finds frontman Adam Levine on the run after a bank heist.
“I have no self-confidence,” Adam says of his character in the video. “It’s gonna be a very difficult role for me to play because I’m a cocky motherfu**er.”

‘Payphone’, which debuted at #1 on the Digital Songs chart with 493,000 downloads, broke the Black Eyed Peas’ previous record for first week digital sales by a group. The track is up now on iTunes, and will appear on Maroon 5’s fourth studio album ‘Overexposed’, due out June 26th on A&M/Octone.
