Nellie McKay ‘Caribbean Time’ Free Download
Nellie McKay is offering her new song ‘Caribbean Time’ for free download. The song is off the English-born American singer-songwriter’s fifth album ‘Home Sweet Mobile Home’, out September 28th on Verve Records. ‘Home Sweet Mobile Home’ will include 13 original tracks and was produced by Nellie and her mother, Robin Pappas, with artistic input from David Byrne.

the form works, or it just did for me. maybe ask umusic.com if the link they email link for download doesn’t work. It’s a few months old so the offer may have expired.
I just watched Nellie McKay sing “If I Had You” playing a ukulele on TED and was amazed…had to replay it about eight times. With such a pitch perfect voice she seemed to channel Billie Holiday at times. I immediately had to Google her to find other pieces she had out on YouTube, and am still listening. She is immensely talented.
