Backstreet Boys Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, and Nick Carter met up in Orlando, Florida recently to be on the TV show Popstars. According to NicksAngel.com, a fan named Tamara got to meet the guys at the taping. She says, “Before they went to the dance workshop a group of guys (like 5) sang for them - ‘I’ll Never Break Your Heart’ and Nick said they were ‘better than the original’ -lol. NO WAY, but they were COOL!” AJ looked “much better and healthier and beautiful”. After the taping Nick sat with the POPStar group during lunch. The Boys then gave an interview - AJ did most of the talking. They signed autographs. Nick said “that the next [group] album was gonna be REALLY good. They are gonna do the best album yet because they have all grown up a lot.” And according to Chaos_Frick from the Backstreet Boys forum at LiveDaily.com, later that night Howie invited all the Popstars contestants to his club Tabu.

They are so 1990’s. Their forgotten by the public. Anyone wanna make bets/predictions on how much their crap album will sell on its first week? My guess: 70,000 - 80,000 on its first week.
grace69, everybody out right now pretty much started in the 90s you idiot. and nobody’s forgotten them. obviously you haven’t since you’re on their stuff every 6 seconds. First week sales: it’ll be over 1.5 million, as usual. deal with it.

The thing is everyone knows BsB will come back, whether they sell 1 or 1 million albums doesn’t matter, everyone knows when they say they’ll record again, they will. No one questions that because they’ve done it 3 times already. Anyone in here who says they wont come back or will sell just a few doesn’t actually believe that, because last time that was said they sold 1.6mil (arguably,…some fans know the story) the first week in the U.S., and 5mil the first week in the world, setting 3 new records in the process. We all know they’re coming back, and with a vengeance; all in due time.
Wow. With all the solos right now, it’ll be interesting to see a group again. I personally prefer them as a group than solo, but it’s a good experience for all of them to see a bit of their potential as individuals.
The joke of the day was when JC said no NSYNC album in the works ’til at least 2004..Oh wait.. that wasn’t a joke. Thank God.
The Backstreet Boys are so over Elgato just give it up. You can say all you want about N’sync and the same goes for you fans but the truth is The Backstreet Boys are over N’sync are just beginning and Elgato is a queer. You can disagree with me on you want.
I agree with the original post, babet….. Justin only sold well in MERELY TWO COUNTRIES while Nick has had overseas success in MANY different countries. And hon, Nick doesn’t buy his own CD. It’s those five fans of Justin’s in the U.S. and the U.K. who’ve been buying his 5 million or whatever copies! *rolls eyes*
To Babet and all future posts about the subject (BSB fans don’t let them fool you): Uh seriously that’s all these people ever have to say to defend Justin, “He’s huge in the USA and UK!!” well listen the UK is basically 2 tiny f**king islands lol they’re the size of ONE state in Mexico alone!! And Latin America is obviously also bigger than the USA, so don’t take for granted the Latin American CD selling market. So get over it, Latin America is HUGE its from Mexico all the way down to Brazil do you know how many countries/people that is?? Yup and Nick has the Latin American market, like I said Jive didn’t even release Justin’s LATIN oriented song in hello LATIN AMERICA because of how bad he’s doing. And guess who’s #1 in Latin America for the 4th consecutive week…yup Nick Carter with “I Got You”. In conclusion Nick is #1 in many, many countries all of which form Latin America while Justin has 1 country and 2 islands.
