Robbie Williams Breaks *NSYNC’s Ticket Sales Record

The Evening Standard reports that smashed a world record by selling more than 1.6 million tickets for his new tour - in just one day. The mark breaks the previous record held by , who sold 1 million tickets for their No Strings Attached U.S. tour in 2000.

November 24, 2005 - The Mirror reports that Robbie Williams is going back to his home town for Christmas to star in the local panto, ‘Mother Goose’. The singer begged his best pal Jonathan Wilkes, who plays Billy Goose in the show, for a part. “As soon as Robbie knew I was doing panto, he didn’t like the fact that he wasn’t,” Wilkes said. “I was talking about the pantomime at dinner and he said he wanted to be in it, as did Ant and Dec.”

    And the only reason why N Sync even sold that many tickets to begin with was because all those little N Sync fans were trying to beat out BSB’s record sales.
