Chloe Lattanzi ‘Play With Me’ Video

Chloe Lattanzi is out with the music video to her new single ‘Play With Me’, produced by Los Angeles-based film and music video production company, Talkboy TV. Lattanzi came up with the idea for the video while watching an avant garde horror film. “The concept is actually quite dark, but not literal in meaning. It’s about dying inside in front of the one you love, and that person not noticing what’s really going on inside you — being unseen, unheard, and desperate for love and attention.”

‘Play With Me’ is off the 25-year-old’s forthcoming album, due out this year. “I have enough songs done that I could have already had three albums out by now, but because of my fear of the limelight, I have waited this long to release anything,” the daughter of Olivia Newton-John said. “This project will be completely new songs I have written as well as some material pulled from when I was much younger. It’ll be a whole life’s journey in one record!”

Don’t worry my music is most def gonna be released I’m just thinking of an unconventional way to do it. The funny thing is, I can’t run from this dream because music is who I am. When I am in pain or joyful, I start writing and singing to release and express what I am feeling. It’s like it is part of my body and souls design. I’m sure some of you can relate to this kind of connection to your art. Keep writing to me please. You give me strength and drive again. All my love from the bottom of my heart, chloe

Chloe Lattanzi Giving Up On Her Singing Career?

Chloe Lattanzi updated fans on her blog at MySpace (@chloelattanziofficial) on Sunday (May 10), talking about her professional future. The daughter of Olivia Newton John writes:

Hey everyone,
Long time no blog. hehe. Going to Auz. Just did the cover of a magazine over there so gonna be there for a few weeks. Still writing music, but at 23, still searching inside myself for what I truly want to do with my life. Show business and Hollywood are so different from making music and being in the studio. Two separate worlds and energies. I may decide to release my music and then write for other artists, so I can stay in the peace of the studio and avoid all the stresses and bullsh*t of Hollywood. What do you guys think? I would love your feedback. It’s a tough an interesting age that I am at, really searching for what truly makes me happy, and not what I think will please others. Can any of you relate to this? Gonna have ‘Sad City’ featured in a new MTV show which is cool and am gonna be working on some small indie films. I’ll let you know more in detail when I know more. All my love to you all, and always look deeply inside and live your truth. xoxo chloe
