Jesse McCartney And Ludacris Shoot ‘How Do You Sleep’ Video

MTV News caught up with Jesse McCartney and Ludacris on the set of their ‘How Do You Sleep’ remix video shoot, with both artists promising the Sean Garrett-produced track is going to be the jam of 2009.

“We’re setting the bar high for 2009 features,” McCartney said. “It’s gonna be a big year. It’s gonna be a big song. My boy Sean Garrett, who is probably one of the biggest songwriters of our generation, sort of facilitated the whole thing. Sean called up Luda, Luda hopped on the joint, and here we are shooting the video.”

Jesse McCartney Takes A Back Seat To Mick Jagger

Jesse McCartney, photographed driving a golf cart, played second fiddle to Mick Jagger at Bardot in LAJesse McCartney found out his position in the Hollywood club scene pecking order after the pop star paid a visit to Bardot in Los Angeles last month, only to find that an older singer was seated at a table Jesse and his friends had reserved.

“They gave Jesse’s table to Mick Jagger!” an onlooker revealed to In Touch. “Jesse said, ‘How do I tell Mick Jagger to give me my table?’ and the manager simply replied, ‘You don’t. We’re not making him move.'”

So the 21-year-old hung out by the bar, while the Rolling Stones singer “danced on the booth to Michael Jackson.”

Jesse McCartney ‘How Do You Sleep?’ Remix Ft. Ludacris

Jesse McCartney and Ludacris have collaborated on the remix to McCartney’s single ‘How Do You Sleep?’ – and People.com has the first listen of the track. “I’ve been a fan of Luda’s throughout his career, and having him on this track was an amazing honor,” McCartney says of the collaboration. “He’s innovative across the board and always brings the freshest lyrics to any track.” Listen to the song here.

Jesse McCartney Disputes Neighbors’ Party Animal Claims

B96’s Showbiz Shelly interviewed Jesse McCartney before his performance at the B96 Jingle Bash in Chicago. The pop singer talked about getting a Grammy nomination for his songwriting of Leona Lewis’ hit single ‘Bleeding Love’, shooting a ‘How Do You Sleep?’ video, his New Year’s resolutions, what he’s got in the pipeline in 2009, his cameo in ‘Law & Order: SVU’, his stint in ‘Greek’, his plans for the Christmas break and favorite part of the holiday season, wanting to head to Las Vegas for New Year’s, promising to be back “bigger and harder” in 2009, and more.

Jesse was also asked about those neighbors who think he’s a nightmare throwing parties all the time and have shared their grief with TMZ, Perez Hilton and others. “I think the biggest gift for them is for me to just move at this point,” Jesse said. “Which is something I’m thinking about quite frankly. I probably won’t be home for a little while. They’ll get a little break… There’s a few neighbors I’ll probably get a gift for. A few of them are really cool.” When Shelly said he has really wild parties, Jesse insisted, “It’s not even true, they’re just a little crazy.”

MSG Networks interviewed Jesse McCartney for ‘The Road to MSG: Z100’s Jingle Ball 2008’, which premieres on December 20th on MSG, featuring behind the scenes access to all the artists on this year’s Z100 Jingle Ball, which takes place on December 12th. The singer and actor talked about being in ‘A Christmas Carol’ at Madison Square Garden at 12 years old, playing the young Scrooge, with Roger Daltrey playing the older Scrooge. Jesse says that before each performance, The Who singer made him drink a different flavor of English tea with him. Jesse McCartney ‘It’s Over’ Video Making Of

Jesse McCartney gave MySpace Celebrity an exclusive look at the making of his new music video ‘It’s Over’, the second release off the pop singer’s third studio album ‘Departure’.

The video will premiere on November 18th at MySpace. Jesse says the song “is really heartfelt. It talks about the reality of a relationship coming to an end. Not necessarily for the good or the bad, just the reality of it all. I think it’s something everyone goes through, accessible to all the fans, certainly those my age or any age really. I think it hits home for a lot of people and it’s one of my favorite songs from the record so I’m really excited about this one.”
