Stephanie McIntosh spoke with Channel [V] about acting alongside Ryan Carnes of ‘Dsperate Housewives’ fame, and discussed whether the actor tried to make a reality of their on-screen romance. “He he! No, we definitely got along, he is a really lovely guy and I would hope to know him again another time,” she said. “I was straight out with him though… He plays a gay character on his show. So I just said to him straight out: ‘Are you gay or straight?’ cause we all weren’t sure; He plays it so well and in real life we were like ‘Hmm?!’ So I just asked him straight out and he’s definitely straight.”
