Brendan James Checks In After Cross Country Tour
Brendan James checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace (@brendanjames) on Sunday (August 24). The New York singer songwriter tells readers:
40 states since June 1st!
So, in the blur that is my beautiful life these days.. I just stumbled upon a pretty ridiculous revelation. I have been to 40 states since June 1st. 40 states!
Honestly, I have a hard time wrapping my brain around that. But many thanks are in order to a trusty tour van, a die-hard Saturn SUV, some sturdy airplanes, and about 10 different rental cars.. They have carried me through floods, hail storms, 121 degree temperatures, and some horrific traffic jams (in Chicago and New Jersey especially). Many thanks are in order as well to these feet of mine for walking me down a thousand new sidewalks, up steep mountain trails, into 85 different hotel rooms, 4 raging rivers, and onto 75 stages.
