Britney Spears Wins More Visitation Time With Sons Sean And Jayden
Following a court hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Britney Spears’ current visitation rights have been extended, though ex-husband Kevin Federline will retain custody of their young boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. “We are pleased with the progress that seems to be coming and cautiously are going down that track,” K-Fed’s lawyer told Mark Vincent Kaplan told reporters outside the courthouse following the hearing. “The timeshare is more than it had been. It’s a step in the right direction. The order that was in place has remained in place with the exception that there has been some graduated expansion of the time for visitation. We are seeing signs of (Britney’s) progress, and consistency over time is something welcome by Kevin. The children are doing really great. Kevin’s eventual goal is that his children with have the benefit of both parents who are participating actively in their lives.”
Meanwhile, Britney’s parents released a statement afterwards saying, “We’re so pleased with Britney’s progress and we’re very appreciative of the court’s recognition of her progress.” Read more and check out pictures of Britney and Kevin leaving the court at This Is London.
