James Morrison UK Tour Tickets On Sale Friday

James Morrison updated fans on his blog at MySpace (@jamesmorrisonmusic) on Tuesday (September 9) ahead of tickets for his new UK tour going on sale on Friday. The British singer songwriter tells readers:

Hi Everyone, just taking a moment in this crazy schedule to tell you that there are some UK live dates going on sale this coming Friday 12th. But we’re putting a pre-sale link up on the official site, from Thurs at 9am so you guys can get first shot at the tickets. I’ve put together a great new band for this album, you’ve seen them already on the clip we did, and we’re all so excited about the way the songs are sounding in rehearsals…. we think you’re going to love it as much as we do! Anyway, I hope you’ll come along. You know how much I love playing live and seeing you all up close.

So, I got to go busking for charity in Birmingham on my birthday. That was a first, but it was a lot of fun and we raised some money for a homeless charity too. Then I played at the Olympic handover and got to do one of my all time favorite songs ‘Imagine’.I was really pleased because I really didn’t have any idea how the event would come across, but on the day the crowd was amazing, really up for having a good time and all the performers got a buzz from that. I felt it lasted about 20 seconds and I have to admit I was a bit nervous….
