Jess Origliasso Nixes Fans’ Picture Scandal Support Idea

A thread on The Veronicas official web site forum suggested members show their support of Jess Origliasso, in the wake of a topless picture allegedly of the 23-year-old appearing online, by posting bikini pictures of themselves. This prompted Jess to throw cold water on the idea, though thanking them for their support. Jess writes:

Hey guys, Jess here.

You are all seriously the best support team of all time. I love you all so much.
But in reading this thread, I do not encourage any of you to send in photos of yourselves in support of me.

It will prompt people to write even more articles, implying that I have “encouraged” or “inspired” young girls to expose themselves, in support of me.

That is the last thing I want. You intention behind it is so sweet, and thank you for all have the courage to want to go to the extremes for me.. But im urging you to Not go ahead with the project.

Your support means so much to me, so thank you for that.
