Lily Allen was spotted outside Scott’s Restaurant in London, England on Wednesday night (February 4), sporting an all-black outfit for a second consecutive day. The pop singer was departing one of her favorite dining destinations just as an ambulance arrived for an unrelated incident inside, where a patron was thought to be having an asthma attack.
