January 13, 2003 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC reports Michael Jackson may be putting his battle against former Sony Music chief Tommy Mottola on wax with the song ‘Xscape’, which details his fight with Mottola. “‘Xscape’ is about that whole mess,” says one insider, “but it’s also high energy, and you can dance to it.” It is unclear though whether the song will be included on a Sony album.

January 11, 2003 - The Palm Beach Daily News reports Michael Jackson was in town before Christmas, checking out a $45 million Marden estate. Broker Nadine House, who showed the property Dec. 23, would not confirm the prospective buyer’s identity, but said, “He’s shy and was a real gentleman” - calling from his car to apologize for being late on the ride up from Miami. James Meiskin, head of Plymouth Partners Ltd. and a New York broker who represents Jackson, said money was not an issue. “The $45 million didn’t bother him. He loves the house. The house is exquisite, but it’s not large enough, if you can believe that,” he said. “We’re really looking for at least 45,000 square feet. But we haven’t begun the process in earnest.”

January 10, 2003 - Contributed by jaycrazy3: NBC Europe has contacted DLSonline.net with news that they would be playing the Nick Carter vs. Michael Jackson ‘Shout (DLS Remix)’ today on a program called ‘Fernsehen über Computer und das Internet’ which airs live on the network based out of Germany. Their website, Giga.de, has also posted an article regarding the track, giving props to both Nick Carter and Michael Jackson. The track will be played on the show sometime between 3-8 PM (German time).
