‘Australian Idol’ season four champ Damien Leith posted the following bulletin to fans on MySpace on Thursday (August 9):
Hey guys,
Hope you’re well! It has been a while since I last had a chance to write! I have been on the promo trail for ’22 Steps’ and now for the release of the album on August 18 – it’s been hectic.
It’s only a week now until the album comes out and to be honest, I can’t wait. I’ve spent the past few weeks doing tons of interviews and industry showcases of my new songs. The feedback has been great – and from the showcases I managed to get one of my songs, ‘Shine Like The Sun’ on the ad for the new channel seven TV series, ‘City Homicide’. Also, ’22 Steps’ is now getting air play in Ireland, which is great.
Spread the word out about the new album by downloading the poster and putting it up around the place ha.
Anyway guys, take care and be good!
Cheers,
DamienPS Oh and I will be touring in November – see Damienleith.com.au for the first lot of confirmed dates…
