Happy holidays everybody!
Hope today came with tons of wonderful moments and fun times!
I had a great day myself and got to spend it with the people I love -which was totally awesome!

I’ve been totally inspired and stuck on Woody Allen films. The other day I rented Manhattan, Play it again, Sam and I bought Annie Hall and Hannah and her Sisters. I just can’t get enough! There’s something so romantic and warm about his films and Diane Keaton, so beautiful and charming in all her roles. I just love her!

Hmm what else… if you haven’t seen the series Skins - you need to check it out!! It is sooo good! Its completely bull that I can’t get it here in Canada, but whatev I’ll have to wait to buy it on dvd. BOOO! Ladies - the guy that plays Tony is cute and his character is always full of surprises! Ohh Tony!

The last few days are approaching.

I’m almost done creating and the LP keeps spinning.

A week left of vocals - a week til its over.

I’m homeward bound with a pocket full of new voices.

Electric yellows sprinkled with enthusiastic colors of blue.

Fefe Dobson checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Thursday (August 28) while in Los Angeles, where the Canadian singer is working on her third album. Fefe writes:

We have just started tracking drums and they sound crazy ! I am very pleased! The first two songs we’ve been messin with are In Your Touch and Black Haired Boy. I’m pretty sure we’re starting guitars on those babies tomorrow.

The studio I’m recording in is mad chill. Its called Audio Virus X. It has a great vibe and the dude that runs it and shiz is “the man” Ha ! Honestly Dean..you da man!

Ohhhh the other thing thats great about the studio is…Wii !!!!!! I love bowling!!! I just finally got to the pro level and seriously when that happened for me I was in Wii heaven. I need to be better at gettin all strikes so I can whoop some major bum!

After being dropped just days before the release of her sophomore album by Island Records, Fefe Dobson tells Andpop she’s “very optimistic” that she’ll find a new label soon. “We’re in the middle of discussing that stuff right now,” she said, “just making more music and figuring out who’s the best home for me to go to now.” Read more.

Fefe Dobson checked in with fans on her blog at Myspace on Monday (May 22). “I’m super stoked because my album is droppin in like 3 weeks,” the singer writes. “I can’t believe its almost that time! ‘Sunday Love’! I feel like I’ve been waitin’ for this album to come out 4ever… but I’m really happy that I took the time to really work on it, ‘cos I only want to deliver you guys the best! If you haven’t already heard, ‘This is My Life’ is the first official single in the US… So if you listen to the radio and want to hear it, then drop a call to the station and request!!” Read more.

“HEY EVERYBODY! I am sitting at home in my music room and I got super inspired to write! It’s like almost 12 am here in freezin cold Toronto… and like usual, I am not tired! I don’t know why but I am just not tired! I’m such a nerd …can you believe that I just got internet in my place TODAY… for the first time… most of you are probably thinkin to yourselves that I’m from outer space to not have internet… but like I said I’m a nerd! Ha! I’m so stoked!! My album is dropping in June… and I can’t wait for you all to hear it!! OH YEAH! My single is called ‘This is My Life’… and right now we’re in talks as to what kinda video we want to make! But I want to know what kinda video YOU would like me to make! So get chattin on the message boards about what you would like to see me do more of! I am really interested in knowing!”
