Miley Cyrus was ironically rushed by fan on stage closing out a concert in Melbourne, Australia on Friday night (June 24) after telling the audience “Peace” and raising the two-fingered salute.
The 18-year-old singer and actress was startled when she was approached from behind by the girl and a security guard who shoved her away. Miley was heard saying “Oh my God” before the security quickly ushered her off the stage.

Miley Cyrus checked in with her Twitter followers (@MileyCyrus) on Thursday (March 26) with a political attack on Urban Outfitters after a search political donations in an expose by Philadelphia Weekly of the clothing chain’s president and founder Richard Hayne donated to Republican Senator Rick Santorum and his Political Action Committee over the years. Though the story came out in 2003, and Hayne hasn’t made a political contribution to Santorum since 2005 according to OpenSecrets.org, gay marriage supporters have continued to criticize the campaign donations years later. The 18-year-old also appeared to not distinguish a campaign contribution from an individual and not from the publicly owned corporation he’s an executive of. Cyrus also took on a Tweet responding to her UO blast. She writes:

Update: The CEO of the company Cyrus works for, Disney’s Bob Iger, has donated mostly to Democrats, a search on OpenSecrets.org indicates he has also made a $2,300 campaign donation to Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who voted yes on a constitutional ban of same-sex marriage and voted no on adding sexual orientation to the definition of hate crimes.

With Miley Cyrus’ parents Billy Ray and Tish calling off their divorce, the 18-year-old spoke about the family situation as she prepares to head out overseas on her Gypsy Heart Tour. “My family is good,” Cyrus told the Associated Press. “They are stoked for tour. As long as I’m happy, they are happy.” The ‘Party in the USA’ singer added, “I think it’s good, especially when you go on the road. You have to make sure everyone is happy before you start traveling.”

A “Finally Miley” inflatable doll with “3 achey love holes” has the 18-year-old it depicts, Miley Cyrus, reportedly upset and looking to sue, according to The Sun. Kevin Johnson of Pipedream Products, the company behind the doll, told the British tabloid, “We are completely sold out already — it’s been on the market for less than 48 hours.”
Johnson added that so far they haven’t heard from the ‘Hannah Montana’ star or her legal team. “We haven’t received a cease and desist letter from her attorneys yet, but I have seen those rumors circling online,” he said. “That probably means it will happen soon enough.”
