To celebrate the 1000th number one single BBC Radio One asked fans to vote for the Greatest UK number one single. Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ beat out all the other tunes winning the coveted greatest No. 1 ever and was the most voted for artist overall. Madonna was the most voted for female artist with ‘Like a Prayer’ at #4, ‘Vogue’ at #5 and ‘Music’ at #21, as well as seven other songs receiving votes. Who Won’t Be Testifying For Jacko
February 2, 2005 - Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com reports that in addition to Vincent Amen, Marc Schaffel, Dieter Wiesner, Ronald Konitzer and Frank Tyson apparently won’t be testifying in the Michael Jackson child molestation case. Friedman says that Jackson’s attorney, Tom Mesereau, evidently feels it is best not to include them at all rather than have them be cross-examined. Read more.
