Cheryl Cole tells Hello! magazine she uses a diet recommended by her mother Joan Callaghan that says what food you should eat based on blood type. “Eat Right 4 Your Type has made such a difference - not so much to my shape but to how I feel and my energy levels,” the Girls Aloud star said. “Before, I was like ‘energy schmenergy’ and didn’t believe it.
