News of the World reports 24-year-old pin-up Jordan had a secret affair with 17-year-old Pop Idol runner up Gareth Gates that carried on for four months. “He was like a rabbit caught in the headlights,” Jordan told a close pal. “Gareth claimed that he wasn’t a virgin—but I think he was lying.” Jordan herself told the British tabloid, “I can’t deny our affair any longer. We kept our love secret for a number of reasons—but mainly because Gareth was under pressure from his management to stay squeaky clean. Clearly that wasn’t a problem for me!
