The singer songwriter’s friend Chad selected three songs - ‘Billy Jean’ by Michael Jackson, ‘One’ by U2 and ‘I Won’t Back Down’ by Tom Petty, and John combined the three in the song ‘Billy Jean Is Not My One Back Down’. April 1, 2009 - John Mayer did a stand up the other night during his Mayercraft Cruise, offer ing his thoughts on Perez Hilton, going gay, and the class of 1972. The singer songwriter admitted that “you’re damn right I made out with” Perez. “You know why? Because I can’t stand a gay guy who acts like he just turned gay yesterday,” Mayer explained. “I can’t take it. As soon as a guy is walking around all wild… I will fu** you in the ass to shut you up.”

John Mayer Denies Twitter Addiction
March 29, 2009 - Denying an addiction, John Mayer twittered just six minutes before greeting ‘Access Hollywood’ at the Carnival Cruise Lines benefit for VH1’s Save The Music Foundation the other night. “What is this thing about me being addicted to Twitter,” Mayer wondered. “I twitter like as much as anyone else does.”
