Clay Aiken visited with the ‘Today’ show fourth hour hosts Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford to discuss his newly released fourth album ‘On My Way Here’ and his plum role in Broadway’s ‘Spamalot’. The ‘American Idol’ season two runner-up said he hadn’t watched the FOX reality show that spawned his career in three years. “I sound horrible saying this. Do you go to your high school football games? You know after a while, I’m here because of ‘American Idol’, and I’ll negate that.” Clay also discussed his first job at Winn-Dixie, never getting tired of singing, and how ‘As Long As We’re Here’ is his favorite song on the album.
