Kimbra is out with a colorful music video for her new single ‘Miracle’, featuring a jubilant Kimbra dancing through the streets of New York, joined by everyone from mimes to mailmen in the grand finale. The track features collaborators Thundercat and Daniel Johns of Silverchair. ‘Miracle’ is off the New Zealand pop singer’s second album ‘The Golden Echo’, available now via Warner Bros. Kimba wrote the songs on ‘The Golden Echo’ in her bedroom studio on a city-farm in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, where she was surrounded by chickens and sheep. Kimbra Fall U.S. Tour Dates

Kimbra will hit the road this fall for a U.S. headlining tour. The tour, supported by electro-pop artist Empress Of, kicks off on October 20th in San Francisco and stops across the country through November 9th. Tickets go on sale on July 25th. The New Zealand pop artist will also perform at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas, which takes place October 24th-26th.

Kimbra is touring in support of her new album ‘The Golden Echo’, which will be released on August 19th via Warner Bros. Records. Her celebratory new track, ‘Miracle,’ debuted on Monday. The Kimbra and Rich Costey produced track features contributions from acclaimed bassist Thundercat, Daniel Johns (Silverchair) and legendary drummer John JR Robinson (Michael Jackson, Daft Punk). The album is available for pre-order from all participating retailers.

Kimbra Announces Fall Headline Tour Of North America

Kimbra has announced her first-ever headlining tour of the United States and Canada. The month-long run kicks off September 25th in Vancouver, BC and runs through to October 27th in Toronto, Ontario. The tour will support the release of the U.S. version of her debut album ‘Vows’, which was released on May 22nd via Warner Bros. Records. ‘Vows’ debuted at #14 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts with 21,665 albums sold, and has received overwhelming critical acclaim so far.

Originating from Hamilton, New Zealand, Kimbra has been performing her jazz-inflected pop since she was 14. She worked on her debut album, ‘Vows’, for over three years, finally releasing it Australia in August 2011 to critical and chart success. For the American edition of ‘Vows’, Kimbra recorded additional tracks in Los Angeles with such producers and songwriters as Mike Elizondo and Greg Kurstin. Also included on the release is ‘Warrior’, featuring Mark Foster of Foster the People and A-Trak, originally recorded for the Converse “Three Artists, One Song” series. Kimbra Releasing U.S. Debut Album May 22nd

International newcomer Kimbra will release the U.S. version of her debut album ‘Vows’ for Warner Bros. Records on May 22nd. ‘Vows’ features several brand new songs in addition to tracks from the platinum-certified Australian edition of the album.

Released in Australia in August 2011, ‘Vows’ won Kimbra the ARIA (Australian Grammy) for Best Female Artist and spawned three hit singles. These tracks, ‘Good Intent’, ‘Cameo Lover’, and ‘Settle Down’, are also included on the U.S. edition of ‘Vows’. Kimbra recorded additional tracks for the release in Los Angeles with such producers and songwriters as Mike Elizondo and Greg Kurstin.

To promote the album, Kimbra will perform at the SXSW Music Conference in Austin, Texas March 14-17. She will then re-join Gotye on his headline tour which begins March 22nd in Washington, DC. Later this spring, she will support Foster the People on their U.S. tour, which kicks off May 29th with two nights at Rumsey Playfield in New York’s Central Park, and runs through July 7th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kimbra Supporting Foster The People On U.S. Summer Tour

Kimbra has been selected to support Foster the People on their U.S. summer tour. The dates kick off May 29th with two nights at Rumsey Playfield in New York’s Central Park, and run through July 7th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Kooks, Tokyo Police Club and Mayer Hawthorne will also be supporting on selected dates throughout the tour.

Prior to heading out with Foster the People, the 21 year-old singer and songwriter will be performing at the SXSW Music Conference in Austin, TX March 13-17, after which she will be opening for Gotye on his nationwide run. That string of shows begins March 22nd in Washington, DC and will continue through April 12th in San Francisco, CA.

Kimbra is currently working on additional tracks for her debut album for Warner Bros. Records with such producers and songwriters as Mike Elizondo and Greg Kurstin. The release is set for summer 2012.
