Shane Harper ‘Dancin’ In The Rain’ Video

Shane Harper released the music video to his new single ‘Dancin’ In The Rain’. The video, which premiered this week on Disney and Radio Disney, shows Shane taking advantage of a rainy day and dancing in the rain.

The track appears on the extended edition of Shane’s debut, self-titled album, available now exclusively at Target. Harper’s album was Executive Produced by Adam Anders (Executive Music Producer of ‘Glee’ and the upcoming film ‘Rock of Ages’) and released through Anders’ record label, Deep Well Records.

Shane Harper has just unveiled a comical teaser for the upcoming official video for his next single, ‘Dancin’ in the Rain’. In the clip, fans get a glimpse of Shane playing a weather man predicting rainy days ahead. The full video will premieres today on Disney and Radio Disney. The track appears on the extended edition of Shane’s debut, self-titled album, available now exclusively at Target.

Shane Harper Isn’t About Trying To Make Formulaic Hits

Young Hollywood caught up with singer and ‘Good Luck Charlie’ star Shane Harper during his recent takeover of Radio Disney. In the interview, Shane discussed his first Disney audition, his tour with Greyson Chance and Cody Simpson, and showed off some of his karate skills. During the takeover, Shane performed an acoustic version of ‘Dancing in the Rain’, which Shane will be premiering the official video for later this month.

“I like to jam in sessions, so I like to have people that are really into music, not trying to make a formulaic hit,” Shane said when asked how the songs on his recently released self-titled debut album came about. “I just like being in the room with people who are inspired by music, who can play instruments themselves, or who want to collaborate in a really exciting way, because I like to be excited in the room about what you’re making and let everything out and have a good time.”

Shane Harper ‘Dancing In The Rain’ Acoustic Performance

Shane Harper recently took over the Radio Disney studios for an acoustic performance of his song ‘Dancing in the Rain’. The singer and ‘Good Luck Charlie’ actor will unveil the official music video for ‘Dancing in the Rain’ in mid-May. ‘Dancing in the Rain’ and his prior single ‘Rocketship’ appear on the 12 track version of Shane’s self-titled debut album, available exclusively at Target.

Shane Harper unveiled his official music video for his latest single ‘Rocketship’, which comes from the pop singer’s upcoming album, which will exclusively be released through Target on February 14th. “The process of writing a song, recording, and then shooting a video for it is really an incredible experience,” said Shane. “I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.”

Harper’s album will be released through Deep Well Records (launched by ‘Glee’ and ‘Rock of Ages’ Executive Music Producer, Adam Anders) and is available only at any Target on Valentine’s Day (which is also Harper’s 19th birthday).

Shane Harper Self-Titled Debut Album Out February 14th

Shane Harper has just revealed the details for his upcoming exclusive Target release of his self-titled debut album, which will feature 12 tracks including singles ‘One Step Closer’ and ‘Rocketship’, along with four unreleased tracks. The album will be released through Deep Well Records (launched by Glee Executive Music Producer, Adam Anders) exclusively at Target on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

“It’s so incredible to record an album under the direction of someone I respect and is so extremely talented,” said Shane on working with Adam Anders. Special guests for the album include rapper Prophet on the track ‘Know What I Know’, and his co-star Bridgit Mendler from Disney’s ‘Good Luck Charlie’ on ‘Wait For Me’.

Shane Harper Performs & Talks About ‘Rocketship’

Shane Harper recently stopped by the Clevver TV studios in Los Angeles to give an acoustic performance of his new single ‘Rocketship’, off his self-titled debut album. Along with the acoustic performance, Shane also sat down with Clevver TV to talk about his music, acting career, and touring as well as what is coming up on his Disney show, ‘Good Luck Charlie’.

“It’s just like this kind of like young, romance thing,” Shane said about the inspiration for ‘Rocketship’. “It’s very teen oriented. You just dropped the girl off and you’re driving home and you’re like ‘ahhh’. It’s like a super starry-eyed hearts thing. A lot of teens can relate to that song. It’s got that feel good, low pressure.”

Shane Harper LiveShare Photo Sharing Contest

Shane Harper has just now launched his Fan Photo Sharing Contest through LiveShare by Cooliris on his Facebook page. The singer is encouraging fans to take a photo of themselves holding his album, wearing his t-shirt, or with a poster and then uploading it to the photo stream where friends and fans can vote by ‘Liking’ their favorite photo. If you don’t have any Shane Harper merchandise, he is also accepting creative submissions of posters, CDs, or anything other idea you might have, based around the theme of his new single ‘Rocketship’.

Shane Harper Wasn’t Even Planning On Doing A Record

Shane Harper recently caught up with Imbee.com Radio for a video interview to talk about what he has been up to and tour plans in support of his self-titled album, which is out now on iTunes. Shane also did a short acoustic performance of ‘One Step Closer’.

“It was a funny process,” Shane said about the album. “I was just writing and sessioning and stuff, and then this tour came up with Cody [Simpson] and Greyson [Chance]. Basically we went through all of these songs that I had written over this few months sessioning beforehand and picked the best ones and mastered them in a week and threw it together. We weren’t even planning on doing a record.”
